Powers of Attorney

Powers of Attorney

We are able to deal with the following:

 Lasting powers of attorney: these allow you to provide that another person may deal with your health and personal welfare or your property and affairs if you can no longer do so yourself. We can advise on what that means for you and ensure that the LPA is properly registered if you wish to register it.

 Deputyship: if someone who relies on you becomes incapable of managing their affairs and there is no lasting power of attorney in place, we can help with an application to the Court of Protection to appoint a deputy to manage your affairs. We can also act as deputy if there is no-one else available.

 General powers of attorney
