Jennifer Hardy - Managing Partner
Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and was the principal of Bishop Akers & Co. from 1992 until its conversion to an LLP in 2018. She is now the managing partner of the firm, and, having dealt with all kinds of transactions during her career, retains a supervisory role while also managing the overall leadership of the firm.
COMMERCIAL
Philippa Tilbury – Partner
Philippa completed her Master of Laws at the University of Law, Moorgate in May 2016 with distinction and qualified as a solicitor in 2017. She now oversees commercial matters and the day-to-day running of the firm.
Victoria Boyle – Solicitor
Having achieved her undergraduate degree from Oxford, Victoria qualified at Clifford Chance in 2006 and joined the firm in 2021 following some years in-house. She is a calm and competent advocate for all of her clients.
Ellie Woodhouse – Legal Assistant Apprentice
Ellie joined the firm in 2025 to start her legal career and is capably assisting the commercial team alongside her studies.

Alexandra Clifford-Hardy – Conveyancing Partner
Alex joined the firm in 2011 and her sympathetic and direct approach has helped guide many clients through a wide variety of transactions.
Elaina Bansil - Legal Assistant
Elaina re-joined the firm in 2023 and provides invaluable assistance to Alex on all of her matters.
Tammy James – Legal Secretary
Tammy joined the firm in 2006 and, having assisted on private client matters for many years, has now returned to residential conveyancing to help our house-moving clients.
FAMILY & PRIVATE CLIENT
Rebecca Parker - Solicitor
Having achieved a first in her law degree, Rebecca completed her training with the firm and qualified in 2024. She looks after our probate clients with empathy and pragmatism.
Elizabeth Hart – Consultant Chartered Legal Executive
Elizabeth brings over 30 years’ experience to her role. Having spent many of those years providing a reassuring presence to a range of family and private clients, she is now focussing on Wills and LPA work.
Sharon Pooley – Paralegal
Sharon joined the firm in 1988 and is a stalwart of the private client department.
